Call for Public Comment on the Medical Fee Schedule

The Oklahoma Workers’ Compensation Commission invite written comments on the current 2024 Medical Fee Schedule, last amended in July 1, 2024. Feedback will be used in the development of the 2026 Medical Fee Schedule.

Stakeholders are encouraged to submit comments by email to okfeedback@fairhealth.org no later than September 7, 2025. Further opportunities for public comment will be provided to stakeholders in the spring, once a 2026 draft is released.

As required by 85A O.S. § 50(H)(14), the Commission reviews and submits a proposed updated Medical Fee Schedule to the legislature every two years.
