COMMISSION PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD OPENING:
PROPOSED 2026 MEDICAL FEE SCHEDULE

On Monday, March 9, 2026, the Workers’ Compensation Commission released the Proposed 2026 Medical Fee Schedule and is seeking stakeholder feedback.
The 2026 Medical Fee Schedule was revised by the Commission with the assistance of external consultant FAIR Health, a national, independent non-profit organization. This review and update is being conducted pursuant to a biannual review and approval process set forth in 85A O.S. § 50(H).

The Proposed 2026 Medical Fee Schedule can be found at: https://www.wcc.ok.gov/medical. Members of the public and stakeholders will have until 5:00 p.m. on March 25, 2026, to offer written feedback and comments regarding the proposed Fee Schedule. Those submitting written comment must do so via email to OKFeedback@fairhealth.org.

Attend and Speak at the Public Hearing

The Commission’s public hearing to hear oral comments from the public and stakeholders will be held on March 26, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. in the Denver N. Davison Building 1st floor En Banc Courtroom, 1915 N. Stiles Avenue, Oklahoma City, OK 73105.
